Omega 100

Orbit’s Omega 100 is epoxy based powder coatings designed to give optimum mechanical performance and excellent functional protective performance on auto as well as general fabrications and components. Omega 100 is designed for interior applications where long term exposure to ultra violet light or exterior weathering is not anticipated.

• Specific gravity: 1.4-1.75 g/cm³ depends on color
• Storage condition: Dry cool conditions below 25°C
• Shelf life: 12 months if stored as per guideline
• Cure Schedule: 8 - 15 minutes at 200°C (metal temperature)
• Recommended Film Thickness: 60 – 80 Microns

Omega 200

Omega 200 is epoxy-polyester based powder coatings designed to give optimum mechanical performance as well as functional protective performance on auto as well as general fabrications and components. Omega 200 is designed for interior applications to give improved ultra violet light & over-bake resistance than Omega 100 series.

• Specific gravity: 1.4-1.75 g/cm³ depends on color
• Storage condition: Dry cool conditions below 25°C

Omega 300

Orbit’s Omega 300 is polyester-TGIC based powder coatings designed for exterior environment offering excellent light & weather resistance. Omega 300 gives reasonably good mechanical performance as well as functional protective performance on auto as well as general fabrications and components.

Omega 4000 is a new generation TGIC Free range of durable powder coatings; formulated for use on architectural aluminum components. It conforms to the performance of the AAMA 2603-02 & Qualicoat Class 1 specification & gives excellent exterior durability and color retention.
